so i keep my supplies in sets in boxes, so all i have to do is grab a box and i have the whole set, but someone mentioned then i didnt know the lot numbers, and i realized that was a problem...so, i got some of those labels like you put on yardsale stuff, and i wrote the lot number on them and i put them on the wafer and the bag.
And i have been having trouble remembering when i changed my bag, so i took one of those plastic things you put sheets of paper in, and wrote the days of the week on it.   and when i change i take the labels off the stuff, and put it on the day i change, so like i changed today so my stickers are on friday, so i will know that i changed friday and know my lot numbers.  And next time i change i will take my stickers off and put the new ones on that day!
Sometimes i amaze me at how i can make somethign that should be very simple, into a huge process, lol.  But its working great for me!

Wow!! So complex! I use to write on the calender "Changed Oscar....Am or PM" depending on the time of day. Now I just change when I feel like it. Having "set" change days makes it too much like work. LOL.

when you get your wafers and bags you know how they come in boxes of like 5 wafers and 10 bags? well on each box there is a lot number, and all those were made at the same time.
Well if you get a bag that is bad, then you need the lot number so you can call the company and get it replaced, also if you get a few bad bags you wouldnt want to keep using that lot.
allie-i had set days for a while and i was doing ok with those, but then i stopped doing that, but i can never remember how long its been and i dont want to stretch it too far!

Allie, I'm with you - I change when it needs it. Changing on set days is way too organised for me lol
