So things are changing with me and i am still going a lot but more in one go and semi solid from time to time.

Thing is i have tummy ache all day...it is making me miserable and gives me memories of my pre-ileo days - like i need the loo or something.  Is it the prune juice do you think?  i take about 100ml a.m. and afternoon.

I am not eating any high fibre food just cooked veg simple sandwiches and soup ... willl this pass and do you think my body is still adjusting?

I was like that this morning. Lot of rumbling too. Dunno if that has anything to do with my anxiety.

Later on in the day I went to the restroom and out of no where and I let out a big rip, lol. It surprised me and I said WTH pretty loud and unbeknownst to me, there was some other people in the restroom and they started laughing, lol.
