Had it done in July.It was an elective surgery as I have the APC gene that means I have a 50% minium chance that I will delvelop colon cancer with the family history.
4 Months now and having trouble of just not feeling good.I know my diet is not right but what am doing and it has made a difference but to early to tell.
What I am thinking is that the way I regulate the food I eat along with anonium and metamucal make my bowl movements more regular and I feel better?

What are you eating and what do you "feel not good about?"
