NO!!!! sorry for the yelling, but i want to stress my point! this is one of the biggest worries people have.
you can wear the same clothes you wore before, i wear my clothes, some of them are jeans and pants ive had for 12 years, and they still fit! the bag will not show! even with tight clothes, you will just have to empty more often.
the most important thing is when you go get marked wear the clothes you wear on a regular basis, take a couple pair of pants, or some shorts, make sure the bag is in a good spot, its like real estate, location location location!
now, dont be surprised if for the first few weeks you cant wear jeans or need a larger size, its only because of the pain from the surgery and you may be slightly swollen. that goes away. I think i was about 4 weeks out before i wore jean shorts that were the right size. Until then i either wore cotton shorts or jean or khaki shorts a size or two too big.
if you want to see us go to photobucket.com user is crohnsdisease, pw is 6mp3asa there are pics of people on here, i put one up called "can you tell" its two pics of me side by side, one i have the bag, one i don't so far, noone has even tried to guess.
