NO!!!! sorry for the yelling, but i want to stress my point! this is one of the biggest worries people have.

you can wear the same clothes you wore before, i wear my clothes, some of them are jeans and pants ive had for 12 years, and they still fit! the bag will not show! even with tight clothes, you will just have to empty more often.
the most important thing is when you go get marked wear the clothes you wear on a regular basis, take a couple pair of pants, or some shorts, make sure the bag is in a good spot, its like real estate, location location location!
now, dont be surprised if for the first few weeks you cant wear jeans or need a larger size, its only because of the pain from the surgery and you may be slightly swollen. that goes away. I think i was about 4 weeks out before i wore jean shorts that were the right size. Until then i either wore cotton shorts or jean or khaki shorts a size or two too big.
if you want to see us go to user is crohnsdisease, pw is 6mp3asa there are pics of people on here, i put one up called "can you tell" its two pics of me side by side, one i have the bag, one i don't so far, noone has even tried to guess.
good luck!

You will only have to wear big baggy clothes while you heal.  I am three weeks post-op, and I am so glad last time a took some clothes to Goodwill that I didn't drop off all my big, high-waisted pants:)  I have been wearing them now as they don't hurt my incision or healing stoma.  However, my mom and I also took a trip to the mall the other day to walk around since it was freezing outside and I needed to get some exercise.  I didn't want to wear my baggy pants so I dug out a regular pair and they were fine.  I couldn't see my pouch under them at all.  I even got brave and tried on some clothes and was suprised how little I could see the appliance.  You may have to empty a bit more, but emptying is really easy and only takes a couple of minutes.  Summerstorm is right, wear your favorite pants to the appointment to get your stoma marked.  I also love climbing and backpacking, so I brought my harnes and backpack to this meeting too so my stoma location would likely work well with these items (though it will be a while before I get to test them out:)
