I just want to say that I hope everyone is doing well.  I am feeling great, my body has finally come around and I think setteled down, have not been in a hospital in 2 months so that's a record for me.  So it has been a trying year for me but now I think I am good to go.

Another point I would like to talk about......Depression around the holidays...Last night my uncle called and told me my cousin had killed himself.
So please if your dealing with depression issues or anything else please get help..don't let it take over your life, do something about it.
My cousin was a highly intelligent man who was a computer wiz and worked for a huge company making ungodly amounts of money.
Then the economy took a turn for the worst, he lost his job,,, then a year later his home, and now he is gone.  Don't let this deamon take anyone else, its just not fair.

Remember that suicide is a selfish thing, you think your making things better by being out of the way, but just remember how much your family and kids will suffer because of it....so anyone thinking of doing something like that I urge you to seek help...

So lets everyone have a wonderful holiday.......life is all about family and friends...

I agree, the holidays are very hard for many people, especially those not feeling well. It helps to have great reminders like this one about how precious life still is. Thank you Leslie. I will be sending prayers for you and your family, hope you continue to feel better!
