Im one month post laprascopic sub total colectomy and i experience a belly ache every now and again,my output almost stops for a while and when he starts again the putput is almost like water but obviously brown, most of the time my output is quite thick. The only thing i can think of is for dinner yesterday i had new potatoes but didnt peel the skins......Could this be the reason?
Apart from the odd belly ache everything is ticking along fine.

Yes, the potato skins could be the culprit. Plus potatoes are famous for making output really thick. Potato chips often make my stoma hurt coming out.
