It's been 7 weeks since stage 1 surgery and I went back today.  I had to resign from my job due to me having my second surgery so close to the first.  So, I applied to be a substitute teacher.  I thought it would take a while before I got all the paperwork done, but it took an hour (because I had worked for the school district for 4 years) and on my first eligible day, I got a call.  It was a class I used to work in, so it was nice.  I really don't feel too tired.  I am working tomorrow in the same class and have a job for next week, too.

I am so relieved that everything went well and I can start making money again.  Getting all these hospital bills and not working is very stressful!
