This is a newbie question, probably an easy one -- can you use the sure seals with a one piece pouch?

I just had my surgery almost three weeks ago, and I'm not ready for baths and swimming, but these are things I really like to do, and from the posts here it sounds like the sure seals would be a good thing for me to get. I am also trying to figure out which type of pouch I like the best, and so far I like the one piece better (mostly because it feels lighter). I'm not sure how I'll feel when I'm more out and about, but I wasn't clear from reading about the sure seals whether they just fit over a separate wafer or if they can also fit over the wafer part of a one piece pouch.

thanks
