so i know we all worry about our stomas making noise at bad times, this might make you feel a little better, and it's kind of funny.
so one night last week i ate a WHOLE  fresh pineapple at like 9pm (bad idea, no ileo problems, but man my mouth hurt!) anyway, shortly after i finished eating the pineapple my husband decided that we should do something (hint hint) and i thought oh god, i hope my stomach doesn't carry on, cause a whole pineapple can make some serious noises down there!  so anyway while we were, well you know, i heard this horrible growling gurgling noise, and right away i put my hand over my stoma, afraid it was gonna start making gas noises, and then i realized it wasn't MY stomach!! it was HIS stomach!  it was all i could do not to burst out laughing, cause i'm always worried that my stoma will decide to make horrible noises when it really shouldn't and then there goes his stomach!
so even normal people have noisy bellies!

That's funny...... and good to keep in mind.

I am amazed that you ate a whole pineapple..... both that you can do it w/out worrying about a blockage and that you can do it at all.....

Thanks for sharing....

Well if the stomach gurgling noises aren't coming from me or my husband then it is def one of the dogs. Think the most embarrassing time was left our bedroom door ajar and one of the dogs came in and settled on her chair. Well we didn't noticed as we too engrossed if you see what I mean...... anyway, just at the wrong moment the dog let out a huge, really loud yawn. Def put us off our stroke as we were both to busy laughing. Obviously our performance wasn't as exciting for the dog!
