Hey everybody i thought i might get some feedback from people who went through this sugery before...I have crohns colitis with rectum damage aswell.. my colorectal surgeon thought it might be a good idea to let the bowels and rectum rest and do a temp ileostomy. hoping this will get things under control...my questions to any of you that did this before is the success and failure rates...i know each one of us is different ie: nature of the disease. Ide like to get some ideas of what i might be in for. Any experiences shared whether good or bad is welcomed..thanks
