I fell a little bit ago, my stoma is bleeding like a siv....... do I worry, do I not worry, Im hurting but then ago I fell.

Initially --- treat as any bleeding cut... put ice on it.   It should stop the bleeding so that you can see how bad it really might be.  I was in an auto accident a few years ago and slight cut the stoma by the seat belt pulling tight.  It swelled and bled, but once I was able to get the bleeding stopped, it was mostly just trauma and ice helped it.   If you are in question,  contact your Ostomy Nurse, or go to the ER.
CD diagnosed in 1979. Ileo in 1984. No recurrence of CD! Some issues with adhesions still.
