Please feel free to gripe away! What you're going through is completely normal. It brings me back to being post-op, which was no fun, but thank God it doesn't last very long! Things will get better every day, I promise!
The output is watery at first and will thicken. Psyllium in yogurt is good, and so is eating mashed potatoes, baked chicken, rice, peanut butter, bread, bananas, and applesauce.
Try not to worry about
the reversal now. Just take one day at a time.
Dx'd Crohn's in '99 at age 28. Proctocolectomy and permanent ileostomy in '06.
Disease-free and medicine-free since surgery and very thankful to be healthy again.
