I am ordering a hernia belt and my WOCN suggested compression shorts - anyone else use those when you exercise/run? I was looking online and it seems that the SPANX do pretty much the same thing and may be a better choice since they could perform double duty as a foundation garment when needed as well as providing the support I need. Any experience in this area?
I also want to start doing some ab work -not traditional crunches but the side crunches to work on these love handles that are forming. It's hard to stop eating horribly when that is whatyou were told to do for so long :(
