Hi!  I have had my ileostomy for 15 years.  I also have fibromyalgia.  I've had fibro for 18 years and all the doctors do is throw tons of medicines at me.  I am now trying a product that is supposed to kill excess yeast growth in the intestines.  It has helped so many people with fibro but my output has been very slow and thick while taking the product...the consistency of mashed potatoes.  I have been drinking a lot of water and have been eating fiberous things like salad and fruit but I still am having mild cramping.  Do any of you have any advice on how to thin the output?  I know this is the reverse of most ileostomates but maybe someone out there has had some experience with this.  I appreciate all of your help and thank you, in advance, for any help you can give me.
