Aw, sorry to hear that, but you're right, six weeks isn't long at all. It's too bad you had to make the trip to CC only to be turned away -- they can't do the imaging remotely to save you a trip?
Just wondering about
this "Even though my stoma is pretty much flush with my skin at this point" -- has your stoma been retracting over time? Or did it start out flush? I didn't realize it was a danger that a stoma could become flush... sigh, one more thing to worry about
