I'll admit thin output is a lot easier to get out of the pouch but I'm a lot more comfortable wearing my pouch when the output is thick. I guess because it doesn't "slosh" as much? I don't really understand it, but I have to empty much smaller volumes of output when it's liquid, whereas I can let the pouch fill 1/3 to 1/2 way before feeling that I need to empty when it's thicker. Anyway, as you can see everyone is different in how their body behaves and what their preferences are.
