Sadly the day has come, I have to go back to work this Wednesday....
I would rather not go back to work, I am quite enjoying my new life of leisure, especially now that I actually feel well enough to enjoy the things I do day to day. Oh well....I suppose this day was inevitable...
So, what to do with my last couple days?? Relax, get out, do stuff around the house....it will probably be all of the above. One thing I do need to figure out is how to prepare for and manage meals. I take my lunch with me to work, but always took a huge salad every day, which I guess isn't really an option right now. So I have to come up with new stuff to take in with me. I have thought about
eating lunch before I go to work and just taking a decent snack to have a little while after I get there...but still have to decide WHAT all of this would be. Also, I come home for dinner break every night, and fix and eat my dinner when I get there. Since that is always so rushed, and I eat more slowly now, I have to figure out some good things to have ready or to prepare quickly. I like to eat healthy, and am ready to start adding more foods to my diet, but know that has to be done slowly. Any suggestions would be VERY welcome, and I probably should've started thinking about
this sooner...oh well!
