Are you feeling any pressure like something needs to come out, or are you comfortable?
It's most likely OK. When you have a post-op follow up visit with your surgeon he or she will probably do a rectal exam so if there's anything wrong that is causing the lack of drainage (e.g. a stricture at the anastomosis site is a very common post-op complication that could limit drainage) they'll find it then. I wouldn't worry in the meantime!
