I agree with all of the above, one more thing about
Imodium, when you take it regularly the effect builds up over time. So you'll notice that, say, taking one at bedtime will work better after you've been doing it regularly for a few days. In the same vein, you should wait a few days each time you increase your dosage to make sure you still want to go up (don't just keep adding pills every day).
