Very normal. Also remember the stoma doesn't have pain receptors, so it's easy to accidentally hurt it without realizing. The only thing I'd be careful of is that you haven't cut the wafer too small, as the wafer can cut in to the sides of the stoma a bit if the fit is too tight. Not an emergency situation, just something to watch out for.
