Hi folks! I often make granola at home, with nuts, coconut, maybe some dried fruit bits, etc. I eat it mixed in with plain yogurt for lunches at work. But, I know nuts, coconut, & dried fruit can be problematic with an ileo! What does everyone think, do any of you eat granola regularly? Does it give anyone blockages, or looser stools, or firmer??? I've got my surgical consult this Wednesday, & lucky me, it's supposed to snow.... ugh, I hope it's not too much, I really don't want to re-schedule!

Have used Asacol, Rowasa, Pred, Cortenemas, Uceris, Imuran, Remicade, Humira, turmeric, slippery elm root, probiotics, homemade kefir, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, reiki, SCD, vegetarian, nothing processed, gluten free... deliberating proctocolectomy w/end ileo.
