Well being that you just had your takedown, it's going to require some patience on your part. Things are usually always pretty rough in the very beginning but things will improve in the coming weeks. When was your takedown?
You are doing the right things: using the creams and Imodium and eating easy to digest foods. Now you have to wait for the healing process to continue. These days can try your patience but it does get better. Try eating several smaller meals per day rather than larger ones. I found that helped me in the beginning. And don't skip meals...that makes it worse in my opinion.
