I can only relate whats works for me having had several blockages. Mine were all caused by foods that do not breakdown in the process and so can form a darn at the stoma. For me it is Corn on the cob(only on the cob, nibblits or creamed corn is fine), Sliced mushrooms, only sliced not chunks or 1/4s, Shredded coconut as in tarts or chocolate bars (again not solid pieces).
To clear the blockage I always drink a full coke as quickly as I can to allow the carbonated gas to build up, then remove the bag and wafer completely and jump into a very warm shower. Letting the water flow on my tummy and stoma I gently massage the area near the the stoma and after a few minutes press firmly around the stoma.....for a sudden release.....make a mental note of what caused the blockage and eliminate it from your diet.
This works every time in a few minutes, and I do this routine whenever the pain of a blockage occurs even at 2 or 3 in the morning.
