I’m planning on asking my gastro my next appt, but wonder if I️ should be adding in a probiotic again, like before my surgery? Not sure if my body would still get the benefits.

Also, are liquid vitamins better than the gummy ones, chewable, or the regular pills form?

I know people have posted studies that show that VSL#3 can help to ward off pouchitis, but I haven't heard much about the others. I am interested to hear what your GI says. I can't afford VSL personally. I take regular vitamins as a pill lately, i've taken gummies in the past.
