I’m at a loss and need help. Bit of background is protectomy jan 2017 surgery went well was looking forward to feeling well. However I started get pelvic pain nothing major but had a scan it showed a 12cm cyst on ovary. So they drained it... it then re filled and burst since then I have had major pelvic and back pain is one free fluid was found in pelvis it was drained long story short fluid keeps being drained then returning!! I am in severe pain and we don’t know why I am currently in bed on morphine. I can’t keep being like this I have two children and a job!
Could it be dropped organs after the rectal removal?
Could it be I was caught in surgery and have an ongoing leak? I get tummy swelling worse after eating.

Help

Have you been back to the surgeon that did the surgery? Maybe there's something that can be done that's more permanent vs, draining? I had a colectomy and I don't have any issues with dropped organs that I know of. It's been a few years, but so far, so good.

I would hope he would send you for a CT scan. Sounds like something is going on.
