hi,

I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to make it through the night without having to get up to empty the bag.

Thanks.

lbw,
Here's what works for me, and I hope it works for you, too. I eat an early, light dinner and empty the bag right before going to sleep. Even though the bag is full in the morning, at least I'm able to sleep through the night without having to get up to empty it.
Good luck!

I wear the 12" length bag (that's the larger of the 2 offered by Convatec) and just fold it up. If the space is needed thru the night, it is there. If not, no worries. I also agree with not eating late at night and try really hard to stick to it. I value my night time sleep!

Matt,
Good point on the larger bag. I wear a maxi pouch all the time.
