After not being able to eat my favorite things and enjoy them for over three years, I have completely lost all common sense about food and eating habits.  Pretty much, I've endulged, devoured, and consumed for three weeks straight.  Paying for it now, gaining weight of course and feeling sluggish.  I use the bag as an excuse to not go to the gym....very bad.

Need some motivation, or insight into this whole thing.  It's gotta stop now!!!

Crohned,
I know exactly how you feel. After what we went through with Crohn's, it is such a joy to be able to eat a variety of foods again and not be in pain afterwards.

Amey,
I wish we lived closer, because I need someone to drag my butt to the gym everyday!!
