My operation was a success

yeah  Hi there i promised to let you know how i went on with my operation,it is 2 weeks today since i had my stoma and mucus fistula reversed plus a total of 5 hernias repaired.
Although still quite weak i am doing fine,the first week was a bit scary as i had some post op complications,but after several blood transfusions it is all sorted out now.
Of course i will be on medication for the rest of my life,to control the crohns,but that seems a small price to pay.
I would like to thank the people who replied to me on this site when i was unsure wether to go ahead with the op,i valued your replies greatly they were helpful to me

I'm glad you're recovering well, and I hope you go on with a long, long remission. What maintenance meds does the doctor have you on?
Crohn's Disease   
Too many surgeries, ileostomy6MP for maintenance.

Hi Judy i am still on Aziathropine & pentasa i don't know yet about the inflixomab,i think he is waiting to see how i fare without it
