In addition to my medication, I've experimented with vitamins.
Here are the current vitamins that I take.
If any of you have suggestions, please feel free to add to list.

Gingko Biloba capsules
--------------------------
- thought to be good for the brain

Turmeric Curcumin capsules
--------------------------------
- thought to help release extra dopamine and have possible neuroprotective effects
- I do feel if I start to tremor, it helps calm things a little

Sapron capsules
-------------------
- thought to help release extra dopamine and have possible neuroprotective effects
- thought help mood.
- I feel it helps with tremors, helps balance mood, and provides energy against fatigue

Vitamin D
-----------
we're all low in it.

Vitamin C
-----------
good in general

Green Tea & Ginger tea
---------------------------
- thought to help in neuroprotection

Currently my biggest hope is for prx002 to prove successful in slowing progression and possibly help improve PD.
The company Prothena is about to start Phase II testing on this May or June (2017).
Phase II will last one year.
