Yeah, but for many, including me, when a Benadryl is taken at bedtime, you sleep like a log! And, at that point, "I don't know nothin' about
RLS or shaking or jerking my legs or massaging my legs, or getting up and walking, or tingly, burny, or feels like bugs walking on my legs." So, for me, it works!
I have also seen doctors in ER give an upset patient a shot of Benadryl to calm them down and make them more cooperative.
It does seem to work!
