I am getting into more excersise. I'll be taking creatine,health food substance recommended by doctor. I am taking ,right now,1200mg of CoQ10. I have since found out it is the sythetic version, not the natural ingrediant like they used in the study.I have found it to be around$200 for a one month supply. Any thoughts on that?
I try and keep a positiver attitude and won't allow myself to dwell on the worse case aspects of this disease.
