Can one or two readers descibe their recovery experiance after devinchii prostate surgery?
I have read that some people have sex within 4-5 weeks and some have it later.
Well so far I am in the later group but do not know if my experiance is normal or ????

I have all sensations and desire but there is no hardness waht so ever. I have tried 25mg & 50mg viagra and nothing, tried 10mg & 20mg Cialis and some firmness but nothing worth using.

Just woundering if my condition is normal, and what has been other's experiance.

Thanks,

Hi Samadabad

I can only speak for myself and quote the others who have posted here.  What you are experiencing is the same as most posters to this board.  While a minority have a natural firm erection within days or weeks, Most say that it takes months, even years to attain a natural erection. By natural, I mean one without the use of oral or injected medicine.

My urologist said not to worry until at least a year has passed without any progress.  If you continue to use oral medication and try injections in the future, you will probably begin to have some success.

My progress has been slow, but with the help of injections, it is much better.  Keep asking your doctor and the people here and let us know how things are going with you.

Sama,

Giving your body a mere month to heal befre expecting it to perform is so expecting of youself! Relax, keep taking the Cialis. Try stimulation but, realize your body has to have a little healing time. Reoprts say on average a man will begin to see progress in erectile function in about 9 months. A few see earlier results. Most are average. Newest reports by Ashton Tewari claim that function can continue to improve for as much as 4 years. Typically, what man sees at 2 years is his maximum. Either way....ya have to let your body heal. Good luck.
