I think Paul was having surgery last Saturday, has anyone heard from him? Paul I hope all went well, I was praying you had a perfect procedure and you received good news afterward. Please let us know when you are able. Keep up w/ your keigles brother!

54 years old, Surgury, Radical Prostatectomy 8/20/03, PSA 6.6, Gleason 3 + 3 = 6, Adenocarcinoma extent (moderate) Stage & Margin:T2NOMX, No Metastases, Organ Confined, bone scan: Neg. Testosterone Theropy since 12/06. I am's what I am and that's all that I am!!!

Yes, I had an email exchange with him today (Tuesday).  The sugery went well and he hopes to add a Post and update soon.


Age - 57

PSA - July7, 2007 - 4.87

Confirming biopsy - August 30, 2007

Gleason scores of 6 (3+3) and 7 (3+4)

DaVinci surgery December 3, 2007 - Robert Wood Johnston Hospital, New Jersey

 

Cathether removed December 10, 2007

No incontinence after Day 2, December 5, 2007

Fully functioning sexual activity Day 2, December 5, 2007

 

Post-op pathology report confirmed Gleason of 7 (3+4), 30% involved by tumor, no positive margins.

 

Follow-up blood work scheduled for March, 2008
