Hi Everyone,

Hope you are all well. How fast time flys 1 year ago today my Mom passed away at 1:50 in the afternoon from small cell lung cancer and that same night we were at my mom's house making funeral arrangments when Rick's Doctor called to give us the news that he had prostrate cancer. I must say 2-18-2007 is a day I will never forget.
Today 2-18-2008 was a much better day. In the last year thanks to many of you we have learned so much more about prostrate cancer. We have learned to appreciate what really matters in life, the relationships you build and the people who make a difference in your life and the people who allow you to make a difference in their lives.
Thank you friends for sharing this past year with us. I know I could not have gotten thru this without reading the many posts on this forum and the people who have shared their stories so freely.
Thank You
Diana

smurf    Dear Diana & Rick,

I missed this thread but I know you feel the love that surrounds you ~ no matter where we are or what we are doing throughout a busy day or week.

Though you cannot always see the bird singing, if you listen with your heart,

you can always hear her song.

mama bluebird continues to watch over you!!
