It is my understanding that the nerves that are spared have nothing to do with climax. They control the engorgement and retainment of blood in the penis. The climax is a result of your brain. At least that is what I've been told. Uncle Dan

Having orgasms during intercourse is tough for me also. And injections produce an erection for me that is not quite hard at the tip, but hard enough.

I have an excellent erection with bimix, but as you indicated, the head of my penis is also smaller that it would be with a normal erection. At this point, there is no complaint with that as intercourse works great. I can also say that orgasm has been almost nonexistent since surgery. If it's in my brain, then I guess it needs some retraining also.

I also experience an erection where the head of the penis is not firm and large like it was before PCa. I do not have any problems with having an orgasm during intercourse.

:-)  Gene6163,

One experience thatI have Had with this situation, is that I injected myself to low (towards the my body).  Do you get the same reaction if you inject closer to the head?

Marc
