07/05 - Biopsy: Suspicious looking cells.  Watchfully wait. 
12/27/06 - Biopsy
1/24/07 - Dignosed cancer: Gleason Grade: 3+3=6
02-14-07 Radical open Nerve-sparing surgery
Pathology Stage of cancer: T2c
4-18-07: First Post-Op psa = 0.011
05/31/07: Cystoscope reveals "Stricture"
06/12/07: Procedure to remove stone & dilate uretha. Successful procedure..
8/31/07: Saw new urologist for check up & 2nd post-op Psa.  It was 0.05
8/31/07:  First Bio Feedback session.
9/19/07: Finished 4 Bio Feedback sessions.  No imporovement with leaking. 
9/26/07 - Started injections 
10/27-07 - Began using clamp at uro's encouragement.
02/01/08 - Still leaking & cannot contain urine in bladder except when sitting or laying down.  Can hold it for about one minute before drip, drip, drip.
02/28/08 - 3rd Post-Op Psa= 0.05.  Thank you Lord.  Still leaking. Discussed 
AUS & Male Sling. Uro does no slings. I am investigating options.

It is my understanding that the nerves that are spared have nothing to do with climax. They control the engorgement and retainment of blood in the penis. The climax is a result of your brain. At least that is what I've been told. Uncle Dan

DRE negative, 10 - 06 PSA 5.44, 01 - 07 PSA 6.47
5 - 07 CT and Bone scans negative, 05 - 07 Biopsies, 2 of 6 positive
Gleason Score (3+4) 7 Stage T1c
08 - 14 Da Vinci RAP, five hours surgery
Some right nerve and all left nerve removed,
8 -16 Negative margins, Encapsulated, 50% left side
Lymph nodes 2 R & 1 L - Negative, R & L seminal vesicles - Negative
Gleason changed (4+3) 7 so it was closer to 8 than 6
Sixth month PSA 0.04 Previous PSA 0.00 Occasional stress drip
Results are improving while using pump. Pills no help

Having orgasms during intercourse is tough for me also. And injections produce an erection for me that is not quite hard at the tip, but hard enough.

size of tumor: approx 1.1 inches; negative margins from surgery

- number of pads/day at 3 months after surgery: 3 to 5
- number of pads/day at 4 months after surgery: 1 to 2
- number of pads/day at 6-18 months after surgery: 0 to 1

- 1st post-surgery PSA: 0 (Nov 2006); 2nd post-surgery PSA: 0 (Feb 2007)
- 3rd post-surgery PSA: 0 (May 2007); 4th post-surgery PSA: 0 (June 2007); 5th post-surgery PSA: 0

The search for timber: took Viagra/Cialis approx. every other day, ErecAid once a day, injections. Peyronie's diagnosed 7/5/07. Now on daily Cialis, L-arginine and pentoxyfylline. Peyronies has stabilized and significantly reversed.

- PGE1 batting average: .364 (4 for 11)
- Bimix batting average: .706 (12 for 17)
- Trimix batting average: .500 (1 for 2) Grand total 17 for 30 = .567

I have an excellent erection with bimix, but as you indicated, the head of my penis is also smaller that it would be with a normal erection. At this point, there is no complaint with that as intercourse works great. I can also say that orgasm has been almost nonexistent since surgery. If it's in my brain, then I guess it needs some retraining also.

I also experience an erection where the head of the penis is not firm and large like it was before PCa. I do not have any problems with having an orgasm during intercourse.

since we got a poll going, I'm Bimix .5ml, firm penis, softer head, trouble with orgasm during intercourse...lol

One experience thatI have Had with this situation, is that I injected myself to low (towards the my body).  Do you get the same reaction if you inject closer to the head?

64 years old 100307; healthy; active,
married 41 years, good strong erections before surgery.
DaVinci Prostate Removal February 5, 2007
2/12 samples malignant.
Catheter removal 2/13.
Viagra 25mg every other day from 2/14 to 5/12.
Tried Viagra 100mg on occasion-no erections.
Incontinence almost gone after three months.
No pads, occasional  dribble.
Lavitra every other day 5/12 to 7/22.
Muse 1000mcg - no help (50% at best).
Cialis twice a week 7/25 to 11/6/07.
Vacuum pump daily/twice a day 8/2 and going - no help.
Begin Trimix injections, two low dose per week, 11/05/07.
Currently, vacuum pump and low dose Trimix twice per week each.
Trimix in office - 0.10cc.  Low dose set at 0.05cc
First drug induced erection 10/8/07....Wow!
Natural erections - 0 as of 10/25/07.
PSA's, three to date undetectable.  Thank God!
