My incontinence is vastly improved.  One pad a day for the past 3 weeks....really more like a fraction of a pad, but definitely not completely dry, so I continue to wear some protection.

With that said, when I use my vacuum pump for therapy, I leak a fair amount of urine into the tube....more than I actually leak during an entire day...probably a couple of tablespoons of it.

Am I the only one here who has or previously had that experience, where you are close to being continent but not while pumping?

Am I likely to have the same problem when I use injections, assuming that is my next step?

Gleason score 9, PSA 14
Biopsy result - 9 of 12 sticks showed cancer
Despite high Gleason score, cancer was confined to the prostate
Unrelated surgery January 2008 delayed incontinence recovery, which is now showing good signs of improvement (1 to 2 pads a day)
Began using Osbon Erec-Aid Esteem manual pump for therapy mid-February 2008
Begain using Viagra 3 times a week December 2007 to stimulate blood flow

Somewhat the same here. I am pretty continent till I use the pump but when I do it seems to upset the works for a couple of days.

I haven't had any issue with leaking while pumping thus far... I just started using the pump, my surgery was around the same time as yours.

Wait till you have an orgasm if you think the leakage during pumping is bad. I have been continent for at least 5 months and I am on the Trimix injections and if I don't empty my bladder before sex or masterbation, well lets just say it's a lot harder to stop a stream of urine with an erection. I've had the family dog's running for cover while I'm running to the bathroom. It really becomes an art form but it's nothing you won't be able to adapt to, and remember you might be different.
