Been 3 weeks since Surgery, 2 pads every 24 hours, no drips when I sneeze or cough. But can't stop and start stream like I could before Surgery. Mr Happy getting very happy, still not firm enough, but grows every day a little. Went back to work, light duty 3 days after Catheter removal, back full time then. Did  a Service Call with Leg Bag, bored, Boss really up-set. No Motorcycle , yet, still hurts to sit for any length of time. Thank you to my Number 1 fan, my Wife, also to all of you. Waiting to do first PSA.

PSA 4.8

Biopsy Sept 07 half of one needle out of 13 Positive

Second PSA 3.4

DaVinci Mar 4 2008, Dr. Tully, St. Vincent’s Hospital, Birmingham AL, great Hospital and Staff

Path Report Gleason 3+3=6

T2c, would have been T1c but one lobe 55% involved with benign fatty tumor

Prostate grew from 28 grams to 32 grams due to Fatty Tumor growing.

2 nodes on lymphatic system did have 2 benign growths

Margins clear

Prostrate confined

2 pads in a 24 hour period

Mr. Happy gets happier everyday, still not firm enough,

 But that gets better everyday

5mg Cialis everyday

Outstanding Wife

Went back to light duty work, 3 days after Catheter removal

Awaiting first PSA, fingers, toes crossed.

Good news Fatcat. Take it easy though and don't hurt yourself because there is lots of healing to take place yet. I stayed off the motorcycle for 5 months but mainly because the Ice didn't clear out till May last year.

Good luck...

Hi fatcat,

Seams to me that you are doing exceptionally well thus far. Congratulations! Just don't over do it so soon after your operation. Sounds like you're feeling very well, but remember that your body has undergone severe trauma and needs time to heal.

Waiting for PSA test results is quite stressful, so try and relax as much as possible.

All the best to you in the years to come.
