Welcome to the "Double-Nickel Club" Walter. TC is right. I've found aging and gray hair to have its benefits. The last two times I've been pulled over by cops, I got off with warnings. Once it was for (unintentionally) running a stop sign and the other time for going 13 miles over the speed limit (43 mph in a 30 mph zone) plus having no evidence of insurance with me in the car (it was my wife's car, so it was her fault - lol).
In both situations, the cops looked like rookies and I think they couldn't stand the idea of giving "grandpa" a ticket.
Whatever. It worked for me!
Best to ya. You'll get through this and be fine.
You take it easy,
Tom
