I was told by the doc to take it at bedtime. The purpose of it, until you start having response and erections, is to
open blood flow, and hopefully trigger nocturnal erections during your sleep. That's the reason we had so many during the night before surgery, it was the bodies way of flushing and renewing the penis with fresh blood, keeping the cavities
open and stretched, and helping with nerve health and veinous valve strengthing and conditioning. All in all, a good thing to have, at any age....
