smurf  so many thanks to all for such encouragement and support!  Just knowing you are there is an amazing lift. We actually feel better and as red sox fans do know the power of faith and persistence. Our thoughts are with so many others and we will keep you posted. Nurse Annie

Yes, it's been a long journey from the days of the Boston Beaneaters baseball team, but Boston is a great city with a superb baseball team, as evidenced in recent years with two World Championships.  And Red Sox fans are big-hearted, too, as shown by forgiving Bill Buckner for his World Series blunder in 1986 and welcoming him back on opening Day this year.

Hi Annie,
At this site everyones a sox fan if a sox fan needs our help. (limited fan participation of course, as I am an Angels fan). LOL. But as it is we are truly thankful for you being here to share with us your experiences. That's what HealingWell is about. We are your fans.

Pre-op PSA was 19.8
Surgery on Feb 16, 2007
Post-Op Pathology: Gleason 4+3=7, positive margins, Stage pT3b (Stage III)
HT began in May, '07 with Lupron and Casodex 50mg
IMRT radiation for 38 Treatments ending August 3, '07
Current PSA (1/08): <0.1
I will continue HT until May '09. 
Years in Remission (3/23/07): 1
