Looks like I will start with bimix, then move to trimix if needed.

How much bimix do you use?

Do you also use Viagra or something similar before taking the bimix?  How much oral medication and how long before you inject?

Would starting at .2ml probably be a "safe" start to avoid priapism or should I start lower?

For anyone using injections of any kind.....do you use autoinjectors and if so, what is your experience with them?  Can I find them in a local drugstore?

Thanks...DanMan

Gleason score 9, PSA 14
Biopsy result - 9 of 12 sticks showed cancer
Despite high Gleason score, cancer was confined to the prostate
Possible post-surgery radiation therapy...decision likely in late April 2008, depending upon PSA at that time
Unrelated surgery January 2008 delayed incontinence recovery, which is now showing good signs of improvement (fraction of a pad a day as of March 2008)
Began using Viagra 3 times a week December 2007 to stimulate blood flow
Began using Osbon Erec-Aid Esteem manual pump for therapy mid-February 2008
Will probably begin using bimix injections in addition to Viagra and pump in May 2008

I use .5ml bimix.  I take Viagra generic nightly, usually and hour or so after the injection, but it has no effect on the injection itself.  I have never used the autoinjector.  Autoinjectors can be found at most large box pharmacies, like Walgreen's and CVC.  Learning to and then manually injecting yourself won't be a big deal after the first time, I bet.  Once you have a good result, after months of failure and impotence, then that injection will be looked forward to.   lol

.2ml sounds like a good place to start.  Up it to .3ml if it doesn't work.  Bimix allows for larger amounts to adjust, as it isn't as powerful as the trimix or caverject.  Not too close to the base, nor too close to the glans....Make sure you take time to study the various injection info links I gave you a couple weeks ago.  Most of all, relax---it will be easy, and you will wonder what the nerves were all about after you've done it a couple times.
