Oh, Happy Day!
Just got the results back in on PSA results from round two of Chemo. DOWN, do you hear me DOWN to 10.86 from 12.24. Dr. Kevin Windsor is da man. Praise be to God for His hands are at work. Prayers are answered. We had round three yesterday and all is still well. Just when the taste buds start to come back, we zap them again. It's OK. Tonight I will celebrate with a big steak and one adult beveage. Then back on the diet. It's OK, I'm HAPPY.
The light at the end of the tunnel is now starting to shine. This the first positive trend we have had is over one year. Over a year of climbing numbers. Worry and some dispair. Now we have clinical hope. My hope was always there, but now the numbers are showing it.
This makes it all worth while. The chemo, the Prednesone (yuk), the hormones, the radiation, the pain. All worth it. The trip back from the dark side has started.
Love and blessing to all. I get the "WAR EAGLE" today.
