I am presently using a penis catheter while my ruptured urethra is healing.  Problem is, the catheter pulls my penis and currently swollen scrotum over to my right thigh, so that when I walk, my scrotum rubs against my inner thigh, rubbing that area really raw by the end of the day. It also doesn't help that I get a little blood and urine leakage which makes it worse.
I have tried using baby powder, as well as some plain ole' Suave skin cream, but neither seems to work very well or for very long.  Any ideas?  It gets really hard to walk near the end of my day, as I have to take short, limping steps to keep the rubbing to a minimum.
Thank you!

I put KY jelly on my penis head and Boudreaux's Butt Paste on my scrotum while my catheter was in.  I leaked all 22 days I had the catheter.  Both products worked well for me.

Good luck.

Can you find some extra length in the catheter tube -- cut it a little slack so to speak? This might take some of the pressure off. Another possibility would be to shift the catheter bag and anchor(s) to the other leg.

Guess you've already thought of both those things -- but just in case you haven't....

Sounds like, as piano says, you need to loosen things up down there. Make sure there is a nice amount of droop in the cath before you tape it to your leg. If anything, my cath held my penis away from my leg or scrotum.

Also, you might wrap an ace bandage or something around your leg to protect it from the chafing. Actually, if it is that raw, I would think about wrapping everything in cotton and bandages for a bit to see how it feels. Imobility might be good in that area for now.
my guesses.

I also laid a foundation of very gentle surgical tape on my thigh before attaching the catheter to the foundation with stronger tape. This helped the rawness from tape, and made it really easy to move the cath tube around on my thigh during the day without pulling tape off my leg every time.
