Hello Bluenose,
I found this sight yesterday and have also been exploring. I had Radical Surgery in April of 2006.
The decision process for treatment can be daunting. I think this sight will be helpful from what I've seeen thus far. My Gleason score was at 7 and I was told the cancer was aggressive.
Whatever your decision , I wish you the best. It is an tough individual choice, but one that must be made.  So we are the newbies as this is my first post.

I don't have all the specs. of tests available to me right now but will post them later.

Stay positive. This may sound strange but in some ways my life/attitude has actually improved !

Hello RadRecovery,
And welcome to a great site.  You are already well educated on your disease, but you will still find Love and support here.  Sorry you have to be here, but we sure are glad to have you along.  I too am a G7.  And I too have had additional adjuvant therapies (sans the chemo so far).  I agree with you assessment.  I have said it before.  If I survive this cancer, I will be glad I have had it.  Little things are so much more appreciated.  Below is link to my one year update.  I also have my motto in the last line of my signature.  I live by it.  Talk to you soon and welcome abourd.

Hello Fellow Vet.

Were you in Vietnam and if so are you rated with the VA for Agent Orange Prostate Cancer?

I never had the honor of being in country but supported 5 years of B52 bombing from Guam as a AF Weatherman.

We welcome you here even though we all wish we did not have to be and we wish you the best.
