I just received my first prescription of Bimix from Francks compounding pharmacy along with 30 needles (31 GA 5/16").  They are graduated from 0 to 100 units and say 1CC.  I am supposed to start out at .1ml.  I am confused and do not want to end up in the ER.  Does 10 on this scale mean .1ml?  It's my first time.  I also read on the forum that non-generic sudafed works sometimes if you overdo it. Any Bimix users with advice?

0.1ml is 0.1cc, so your assessment of 10 on a 1cc syringe is correct. Just to make sure you are in the right ball-park, I estimate that is about ten drops.

I can't comment on the sudafed -- my emergency supply is marked Sudomyl -- but I have seen it mentioned here by others.

You're starting at a low dose, so if that gives you priapism, shout it from the rooftops! Good luck with your first injection.

Sudafed along with another my clinic recommended is Neo-Synephrine Extra Strength nose spray, not the long acting one. A couple of sprays in each nostril beginning after an hour or so if the erection remains rigid.

The 10 units which is 0.1 cc's or ml's is a very low dosage at the standard strength Bimix that Franck's compounds. You should not worry about priapism at that level. Just be sure that you go up in 0.05 cc increments or 5 units at a time. Also, the erection you get with stimulation will become firmer so do not judge the erection from just the medication alone.
