Ten years or so ago when I first started having symptoms of ED my doc told me to do Kegels. (He called them pelvic floor exercises) So I had done a lot of them by the time I had prostatee surgery. As a result of all those Kegels, and excellent surgion and just plain luck, I was dry the day after the catheter came out.
