In good-sized cities, there are physical therapists at hospitals and in women's clinics who are trained in providing evaluation and therapy, including bio-feedback for pelvic floor muscle strengthening.
The therapy/training appears to take about 3 months to be fully effective for strengthening the pelvic floor properly.
