Had surgery on 4/28 and have been improving weekly but 10 days ago my Urine stream became weaker. It got so bad that I had to push to urinate and then only got a trickle. Went in to see the Urologist yesterday. At first an infection was suspected but when that was rulled out they did an Ultrasound of the bladder and then a Cysto.
What they did find was scar tissue had formed around the opening in the Urethra reducing the hole the urine flows thru. During the Cysto they were able to cut a little away, opening the hole. The doctor left me with the thought that this may only be a temporary fix. Has anyone else experienced this problem ? and if so how was it treated ?
