I can't imagine anyone being diagnosed at 50, doing nothing, and living to a ripe old age with pca. I would imagine if you were diagnosed at 75, and did nothing, you may very likely die from other causes. We have all witnessed how aggressive this cancer can be and not something I think most would want to roll the dice with. Just my opinion.
I wonder IF noone was ever checked how many would not have problems from it. Lets say you have it at 50 yrs old and do nothing, is it a death sentenace for sure or not ??
I know its a big roll of the dice but curious is it always severe at this age
