Another 44 year old...that was my age at Dx. I would not be worried about
it much unless it shows back up. And even then, there's a lot you can do. You prostate size is not abnormal. No one can answer your question on whether this spread. But I can tell you, that you have to get back to your normal routine as best you can. There are many here, where the cancer had definately spread...like me. I am doing well, and so are many others. Stay positive! And stay with us. This is a great forum.

Post-Op Pathology: Gleason 4+3=7, positive margins, Extra Prostatic Extension (EPE)
Bilateral seminal vesicle invasion (SVI); Stage pT3b, N0, Mx
HT began in May, '07 with Lupron and Casodex 50mg (2 Year ADT)
IMRT radiation for 38 Treatments ending August 3, '07
Current PSA (May 9 '08): <0.1 ~ Undetectable!
